Service and Culture
Conscious Mind is Publicis's employee-led Business Resource Group dedicated to supporting mental well-being across the network.
I joined the programming team in 2022 and became programming lead in 2023. Under my leadership, we've hosted webinars and interviews with Publicis leaders on mental health and mindfulness, run weekly guided and unguided meditation sessions, and organized yoga and journaling workshops — all virtual and open to employees in Publicis agencies across the globe. Our ongoing programming gives people quick, accessible ways to reset during the busy workday, so they can protect their mental health, hone their focus, and foster community with each other in a supportive space.
